Exchange

Exchange within 7 days if unworn and unwashed, with the tag on.

7-day returns and exchanges

Return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. It should be unused, unwashed and with its tags.

Size exchange

• Wrong size? The first size exchange is free — we collect the old one when we deliver the new one.
• Sale items can be exchanged, but not refunded.
• Innerwear, socks and customised items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@tanti.example.
